We have added extra safety measures upon opening our retail stores. As always, we remain committed to making sure our loyal customers stay safe and healthy.

Safety Measures:

We are now taking the following safety measures in our retail stores:

		We ask that you do not enter any of our retail stores if you are feeling ill or have been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
		While in the store please follow social distance protocol. Please remain 6 feet from other customers and store associates.
		Please wear a mask or face covering at all times while in the store and please ask for assistance prior to handling any merchandise.

We have increased cleaning throughout the store and will be regularly sanitizing high-touch areas such as doorknobs, counter tops and card readers. There is hand sanitizer at each store that you are welcome to use, especially prior to handling any merchandise.

Rent or Buy Online!

You can order online and we will ship to home, deliver to the school, or you can choose to pick up at any of our locations. Even though our stores are open, If you would prefer curbside contactless delivery that is okay too- please call ahead to make arrangements.  For our store hours, locations and phone numbers- visit our Contact Us page. 

Returns:

The very best way to return a rental instrument is to bring it to one of our locations. Please contact us at 518-482-4405 to find out which store is closest to you. We are also accepting returns by mail if sent to: 819 Livingston Ave Albany, NY 12203. Please call if you need school pick-up as this option depends on your school district this school year.
